The reference for the second page is obviously Good Eats. Alton Brown is a genius and a brilliant entertainer, so if you haven’t watched that show you definitely should.
Also got much of this inspiration from the Shady Characters website who did a full history on emojis. Like I have said before, Keith Houston is responsible for sparking the Punctuators when 99PI interviewed him on their Interrobang podcast. Definitely check out his books and website. Oh also get the 99 Percent Invisible book. (I got it this month with their Challenge coin!)
