This scene reminds me of one of the worst jokes (in my opinion). It’s this line from Storm in X-men: “Do you know what happens to a toad when it’s struck by lightning? The same thing that happens to everything else.” Come on. With everything in the world, some stuff has to act different than others when struck by lightning. Joss Whedon wrote this joke. Everyone writes bad jokes, including me.
